

Christopher has been a Chartered Surveyor and Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers since the late 1970s. Originally working with the family firm of Spear & Sons based in Wickham Market, he ultimately became Managing Director of Abbotts before deciding to become a sole practitioner in 1989. He was joined the following year by Michael Simpson. His personal ethos has always been to provide a personal and professional service.

Hayden grew up in Badingham where his family has farmed since 1950. Farming and the countryside have always been of great importance and interest to him which led him to the decision to pursue a career as a rural practice Chartered Surveyor. Hayden attended Thomas Mills High School in Framlingham and then joined Clarke and Simpson after carrying out a postgraduate study at the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and a Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers in the early 1990s and is former President of the Suffolk Association of Agricultural Valuers.

Henry originates from Shropshire, where his family still farms. He joined Clarke and Simpson in 2003 from Bidwells where he had worked for over 20 years, building a reputation for expertise in estate management. Henry's work primarily consists of managing rurally based estates throughout England and Scotland, encompassing a wide range of professional skills.

After attending Woodbridge School and obtaining a degree in Land Management at Reading University, Oliver joined Clarke and Simpson in 1999 whereupon he became a Chartered Surveyor in 2001 and a Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers in 2003. Oliver deals with a wide diversity of agricultural matters, specialising in rural valuation, management, farm and land agency. He also jointly heads up the residential lettings department with Hayden. He is a member of many agricultural associations and is the Training Officer for the Suffolk Association of Agricultural Valuers.

Stuart is Christopher Clarke's son and joined the business in 2005. Having attended Framlingham College, Stuart gained a degree in rural land management at the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester. He then joined a rural practice in Essex which provided grounding in all aspects of property. Stuart heads up the residential sales team with Oliver Johnson and is a Chartered Surveyor as well as being the former Chairman of the Suffolk Branch of the National Association of Estate Agents.

Oliver attended Woodbridge School and originally joined Clarke and Simpson in 1997. This exposure to property resulted in Oliver gaining a BSc Honours in Real Estate Management. Following graduation, Oliver worked for regional and national firms of surveyors during which time he was elected a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Oliver is also a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents. In conjunction with Stuart, Oliver heads up the residential, development and commercial team.
