We hold regular property auctions throughout the year, with lots ranging from substantial former rectories to development sites, barn conversions, parcels of amenity land and small cottages to more individual lots such as an underground wartime bunker! The right property can sell very well by auction, generating competitive bidding and eliminating the delays associated with private treaty.
