Estate Management

Estate management is a specialist department acting, in the main, for long term clients. Henry Birch and Sally Watts bring with them long experience in traditional estate management together with professional rural surveying and farming advice. Managing estates as far away as Scotland and Kent, as well as within Suffolk, their work involves strategic advice, day to day management, administration, book-keeping and farm management.

The success of the estate management department lies in our recognition that every land owner has their own objective for owning land; invariably this differs from one client to the next. By working closely with the owner a personal strategy for managing the property is defined, integrating all the areas of the estate business (farm, shoot, park, house, woods, the public etc), also taking into account the environmental resources of the estate (The Integrated Environment Plan).
