Seller’s Guide – Selling Property At Auction

If you are considering selling a treasured possession, complete house contents or a specialist collection, our experienced staff will be pleased to give you sound presale valuation advice. This can happen at the Auction Centre or, where appropriate, at your home and is both free of charge and without obligation. Our targeted marketing and internet presence enables us to reach the widest possible audience of people likely to be interested in your sale items.

We run a booking system for entries into our weekly auctions, so please call our Auction Centre office. One of our team will be happy to give you all the required details.

Items consigned for our Special Sales need to be with us at least three weeks before the sale. If you would like to include lots in one of these sales, please speak to Geoffrey Barfoot.
