The Auction Centre Tea Room at Clarke & Simpson is open every Monday from 8am until the end of the sale, for Saturday viewing from 9am to 12 noon, and also during special sale days and machinery viewing times.

Run by Judy Barfoot and her friendly team, the Tea Room serves freshly made tea, coffee, homemade cakes, sausage rolls and filled rolls — with gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and vegan options available.

With indoor and outdoor seating, it’s the perfect spot to take a break, enjoy some refreshments, and soak up the auction day atmosphere.
