Take the turning on the right onto the A1094, signposted to Aldeburgh and Snape. Proceed into Snape and turn right onto the B1069 opposite the church. Continue along this road for approximately half a mile and the property will be found on the right side identified by a Clarke & Simpson For Sale Board.
