The Pightle is situated down a quite lane on the outskirts of the village of Wetheringsett. Wetheringsett is in the catchment area for Debenham High School (eight miles) which is currently regarded as one of the finest state schools in the country.
Wetheringsett is ideally located for access to Norwich (twenty eight miles), Ipswich (sixteen miles), Bury St Edmunds (twenty one miles) and also Cambridge (fifty miles) as the house is just ¾ of a mile from the A140.
